VLC Server
version: 2.1.3 (for MS-Windows)

Configure Server to support multicast streaming.

STEP-01

• Choose [Media] --> [Stream...]

STEP-02

• On Open Media menu, select tab [File] and [Add...] to choose your pattern file where located on your PC HDD.

STEP-03

• Click [Stream] on bottom window to set up "Multicast" address which you would like generate for. 

STEP-04

• On Stream Output window of Source page.
• This page doesn't matter for next, and just click [Next] button.

STEP-05

• On Stream Output window of field "Destination Setup" page.
• On "New destination" field, select "UDP (legacy) and [Add].

STEP-06

• On Stream Output window of field "Destination Setup" page.
• Address: 203.0.0.1
• Port: 1234

STEP-07

• Ignore this setting, just click [Next].

STEP-08

• Enable "Stream all elementary streams" on check box, and press [Stream] to begin a multicast stream generation.

STEP-09

• Done
